We are operational in most accessible countries, even those that are deemed to be challenging or hostile. When our clients engage in overseas travel, their personal GSC chauffeur is often requested to accompany them or our in-country security chauffeurs can provide a Meet and Greet service upon arrival at your destination.
WHAT HOURS DO YOU WORK?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including festive periods although we do prefer clients to book in advance where possible.
WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?
GSC’s chauffeur services are sought across many sectors from private individuals, through to corporate executives, media, airlines and PR agencies. Whether you are a private single usage customer or a frequent business traveller you will receive the utmost level of commitment and personalised service.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR BE WELL PRESENTED?
Yes. All GSC chauffeurs represent us and our clients to the highest level attainable. We wouldn’t accept anything less. All of our male and female drivers are immaculately presented to reflect our brand and our clients image.
IF I REQUIRE AN AIRPORT TRANSFER, WHERE DO I MEET MY CHAUFFEUR?
Once you have cleared customs your GSC chauffeur will greet you at the pre-arranged meet point provided to you upon booking with GSC. You will also be provided with your chauffeur’s contact details.
WHAT IS THE ‘MEET & GREET’ SERVICE?
Your GSC chauffeur will greet you in airport arrivals with a tablet displaying your name or organisation. He or she will assist with any luggage handling to the vehicle. In addition, your chauffeur will also send you an SMS prior to you landing to provide additional reassurance upon arrival. All Meet & Greet specifics are clarified and confirmed upon making a reservation with GSC.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR TALK TO ME AND MY PASSENGERS?
Our chauffeurs are polite and respectful and we appreciate that some clients wish to travel in silence and your chauffeur will always respect this. Many clients enjoy chatting to their driver so if you would like to engage in a conversation then please don’t hesitate and your driver will be more than happy to talk to you and you can put the world to rights.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR PLAY MUSIC IN THE CAR?
If you would like to listen to music or your favourite radio station then just ask your driver at any point of the journey. Sometimes the first thing some of our clients do after entering the vehicle is connect their smartphones to the Bluetooth and play their favourite albums.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR OPEN THE DOORS FOR ME?
Yes. Your driver will alight the vehicle and open doors for passengers.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR CARRY MY LUGGAGE FOR ME?
Yes. Your chauffeur will always offer to carry your luggage or any other bulky items whether this be 10 feet or 50 metres. If you are travelling to an airport your chauffeur will also obtain a luggage trolley to load your luggage if required.
WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN MY VEHICLE ARRIVES?
Yes. Your driver will either send you a SMS, call you or ring your door bell. We always arrive 10 minutes prior to the collection time so you are always assured that your driver will be there on time.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE TO I NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING?
We recommend that you reserve your vehicle as soon as you are aware of your travel requirements although we fully appreciate that this isn’t always possible. Some bookings are taken within one hour of the journey so please don’t hesitate to get in touch even at the last minute. Short notice bookings may be subject to an additional charge at our discretion.
DO YOUR RATES INCLUDE PARKING CHARGES?
Unfortunately parking charges are not included and will be added to the final amount. If you have an account with GSC then you can benefit by taking advantage of zero parking fees at all UK airports.
DO YOU PROVIDE CHILD SEATS?
Yes we do. Please remember to highlight this requirement when making your booking. We make no extra charge for this.
WILL MY CHAUFFEURED VEHICLE BE CLEAN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE?
Yes. We take a great amount of pride in the presentation of our vehicles which are washed daily and in some cases immediately prior to your travel.
CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE(S) IN THE VEHICLE?
Yes. We have chargers in our vehicles for most commonly used smartphones and tablets.
CAN I CONNECT TO THE INTERNET IN THE VEHICLE?
Yes. Our vehicles have 4G WiFi enabling you to browse the web and check your emails whilst travelling.
IS THERE WATER IN THE VEHICLE?
Yes. Bottles of complimentary spring water are available in our vehicles. If you have a favourite beverage that you’d like in your vehicle, just ask.
CAN I SMOKE IN THE VEHICLE?
We maintain a strict no smoking policy within our vehicles but our chauffeurs are always happy to stop so that you can have a cigarette break if you wish.
WHAT IS THE SECURITY ELEMENT TO YOUR CHAUFFEUR SERVICE?
Our chauffeurs are Security Industry Authority licensed employees of our parent company, Bradburys Global Risk. Your driver will possess advanced driving and first aid qualifications which offers an additional level of reassurance for our clients. Many of our chauffeur drivers are former servicemen and women.
I AM AT THE AIRPORT WITH MY FAMILY TRAVELLING ABROAD & I HAVE FORGOTTEN TO ARRANGE TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR HOTEL WHEN WE GET THERE.
No problem. We can arrange that with our parent company who will make sure that you have a GSC driver waiting for you in arrivals.
I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE TRAVEL RISKS IN THE COUNTRY THAT I’M TRAVELLING TO.

WHAT IF I DON’T REQUIRE A SECURITY CHAUFFEUR/DRIVER?
No problem. All of our chauffeurs are security trained personnel as a standard prerequisite at GSC. If you do not require the security element to your chauffeur service then you can simply enjoy being driven by a security trained driver whether your trip be social or business.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
You can either pay the full amount at the time of booking or just 50% to reserve your chauffeured vehicle. The remainder must then be paid no later than 48 hours before you travel. In some cases we accept payment on the day itself and our on-board Chip and Pin card readers and GSC payment app allows for secure card payment transactions in the vehicle.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
We accept payments by phone, online or in person to your chauffeur with cash or via our secure payment app. VAT receipts are always provided and emailed to our clients.
WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR PAYING BY CARD?
Card payments are subject to 3.00% per transaction. This is the rate we are charged by our merchant provider.
ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS SECURE?
Yes. Your information is treated respectfully and robustly guarded in the same manner as our own personal information. All sensitive data is encrypted using advanced cryptographic algorithms and protected by VeriSign Extended Validation SSL certificates.
Chip and Pin card data is encrypted in our card readers and never stored on a GSC mobile tablet. This means that if a mobile device or a GSC chip-card reader is ever lost or stolen, card details and money remain safe.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
All prices are subject to VAT at 20% and added to the booking total.
CAN I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU AND PAY LATER?
Yes. We are happy to create accounts for clients with regular instructions (subject to credit checks). A GSC account offers numerous benefits such as reduced rates, no airport parking charges and a relaxed invoicing process. Simply ask us if you would like to open an account.
