GSC operate a private and corporate chauffeured transfer service to and from international airports, hotels, rail stations and seaports, irrespective of the time-zone that our clients may find themselves in.
Right from initial contact, our clients’ bookings are nurtured and managed by our senior managers and operations manager who will oversee the process from beginning to end and advise on time management before hand-selecting one of our security trained chauffeurs who will be briefed both in person and electronically via our client instruction form detailing task specifics, client details, itineraries and any specific client instructions to ensure that a smooth transfer is performed from point to point.
GSC continually monitor its clients inbound live flight schedule to facilitate an accurately timed meeting at the pre-arranged rendezvous point.
Our chauffeurs remain contactable via phone, SMS and email and clients can also contact our office to relay any last minute changes or additional instructions to the chauffeur.
GSC facilitate a complete point-to-point transfer service when our clients travel overseas. Our parent company, Bradburys Global Risk, is responsible for coordinating with its locally based security drivers before informing GSC so that we can then provide our clients with their in-country chauffeur’s details, image, bio and vehicle registration. This eliminates any uncertainty of sourcing unknown local drivers in unfamiliar countries.
Personal Meet & Greet Service
Our personal ‘Meet and Greet’ service ensures that our chauffeurs are waiting on foot in advance to remove any concern that our clients may have in navigating through unfamiliar complexes such as airports and large-scale events. Our clients are met by their security trained chauffeur who will provide assistance with any luggage to the vehicle before our clients onward journey.
GSC has the expertise and global reach to arrange seamless executive transport wherever you are in the world. Our clients need not be concerned about international language barriers, foreign currencies, time zones or driver integrity as all of our chauffeurs are robustly vetted and have long-standing relationships with our parent company.
Our parent company has been providing international travel management and security risk mitigation services since 2007 for its own employees and clients and our 24 hour customer support provides reassurance to our clients when instant amendments need to be actioned or in-country safety and security advice is required.
Challenging Overseas Locations
Our support doesn’t have to cease once a client have arrived at an airport for their outbound flight. Many of our clients travel to unfamiliar, challenging and even hostile remote environments and our in-country security consultants are able to provide clients with a full international Meet & Greet upon arrival and are well placed to provide local, national or regional insight, personal safety advice, country/city security and political risk advisory, personal protection, logistical support and incident management during your time abroad.
